Terry Sarbinoff

Terry is President of The Leadership Institute of Indianapolis, a Caskey sister companies that trains/coaches managers and leaders. The Institute is affiliated with Hogan Assessments.

Terry Sarbinoff has been a CEO for over 32 years in the service industry. He led a distribution company–growing it from $5ook to over $55M before he sold the business. In that time, Terry’s biggest issues were people issues. And he recommitted his life to helping company leadership teams develop their people. He co-founded the Leadership Institute with Bill Caskey.

Terry is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment Inventories and has worked with teams all over the US gaining confidence and skill in their behaviors and results.
