The Leadership Institute of Indianapolis is a professional development company dedicated to leadership growth in the Indianapolis area. The Institute was developed to help senior and executive managers who are motivated in examining and improving their management skills that will make a difference to their organization and inspire them to be more effective leaders and develop their skills.
Our commitment is simple: Assess your company’s leaders, then apply a Leadership Curriculum and Coaching where needed. The Institute has over 75 modules created to help leaders be effective in rapidly changing times.

Terry Sarbinoff – President, Leadership Institute of Indianapolis.Terry Sarbinoff has been a CEO for over 32 years in the service industry. He led a distribution company–growing it from $5ook to over $55M before he sold the business. In that time, Terry’s biggest issues were people issues. And he recommitted his life to helping company leadership teams develop their people. He co-founded the Leadership Institute with Bill Caskey.
Terry is certified in the Hogan Leadership Assessment Inventories and has worked with teams all over the US gaining confidence and skill in their behaviors and results.

Bill Caskey – Director of Institute.Bill Caskey has run Caskey Training for over 20 years. Caskey is a sales development firm in Indianapolis, specializing in training sales and marketing teams.
